We are currently hiring Private Duty Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care to clients throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

Nursing Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in the client's home
- Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort
- Administer medications, wound care, and prescribed treatments
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient status
- Collaborate with supervisors, physicians, and family members on the plan of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
- Current Minnesota Nursing License (RN)
- CPR Certification (BLS)
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (field position)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compassion, professionalism, and a heart for in-home care
- Prior private duty, home health, or long-term care experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
