We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with a proven track record in automotive sales, finance, and leadership. Qualifications | Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive finance experience with proven success
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales management experience with proven success
- Strong lead management and follow-up skills
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals
- Strong CRM and dealership technology experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding goals
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Manage and improve lead handling processes
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for growth
- Train and coach sales consultants on best practices
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Work closely with finance and management teams to maximize dealership performance
- Maintain CRM accountability and follow-up standards
