As an Entry Level Account Associate, you’ll work directly with business customers to understand their needs, introduce energy service options, and help customers navigate available solutions. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support while developing the communication and account management skills needed for long-term career growth.
Entry Level Account Associate Responsibilities
- Engage directly with business customers to understand their needs and introduce available energy solutions.
- Build professional relationships with new and existing customers through clear, consultative communication.
- Educate customers on energy service options, cost-saving opportunities, and available programs.
- Assist customers with the account setup and enrollment process from initial conversation through completion.
- Support sales and customer acquisition efforts while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with customers, maintain accurate account information, and ensure timely communication.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service, sales, and business development goals.
