Job Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Working Commercial Foreman to lead crews and actively contribute on-site. This role is perfect for a skilled leader who isn’t afraid to lead by example.
Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications
- Ability to perform and/or supervise various construction activities including metal framing, drywall installation, ACT ceilings, setting door frames & doors, and hardware installation.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to streamline workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide team activities effectively
- Oversee quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulations
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately and ensure work aligns with specifications
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a commercial site foreman.
- Bi-lingual strongly preferred.
- Must have clean driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Able to work legally in the US

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
