Overview
At GRP, a Detailer is responsible for the meticulous cleaning, preparation, and presentation of customer and in‑house vehicles. This role supports GRP’s commitment to excellence by ensuring every vehicle leaving the facility meets the highest standards of appearance and care. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, self-motivated, organized, and passionate about high‑performance and luxury automobiles.
Duties
- Perform full interior and exterior detailing, including washing, polishing, waxing, vacuuming, and interior reconditioning.
- Experience or willingness to learn dry ice cleaning.
- Conduct paint correction and clay bar treatments.
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, photography, sales listings, and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing bay and workspace.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and communicate findings to the Sales/Inventory Manager.
- Follow all GRP quality standards to ensure consistent, high‑level results.
Skills
- Previous detailing experience, preferably with high‑end, exotic, or performance vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, quality focused environment where no two vehicles are the same.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with service and shop teams.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand, bend, sit, and lift for extended periods.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to drive manual vehicles.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
