We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Bilingual Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team! This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with diverse clients, and possesses excellent organizational skills.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Must be able to work weekends.
This position plays a key role in being the first impression of our business while helping manage customer inquiries, service requests, and sales leads. If you enjoy working with people, multitasking, and staying organized in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers entering the showroom and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Answer and manage all incoming phone calls (sales, delivery, and service inquiries)
- Log calls, leads, and customer information accurately into our system
- Use our texting platform to communicate with customers regarding appointments, questions, and follow-up.
- Assist with scheduling service calls or coordinating with sales staff
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area
- Support daily store operations as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and record keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual. English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and texting systems
- Retail or appliance industry experience preferred
