With specialized divisions ranging from new commercial & retail tenant improvements to public works and multi-family exterior envelope renewals, we provide our clients with expert solutions and our employees with diverse, challenging project opportunities.
THE ROLE

- Safety Excellence: Implement and enforce Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSP) and prioritize a zero-incident job site.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily field reports and project documentation to track progress and compliance.
- Scheduling: Manage project milestones through rigorous short-interval scheduling (Look-ahead) and overall project timeline management.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular quality control inspections, obtain all necessary permits, and coordinate with municipal inspectors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build positive, professional relationships with Owners, Architects, and Engineers to ensure project alignment.
- Financial Stewardship: Track labor budgets meticulously, identifying opportunities for cost savings and preventing "margin fade."
- Project Completion: Lead the closeout process, including punch list management, obtaining occupancy, and final acceptance.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Versatility: Proven track record in diverse project types, including Ground-up, Tenant Improvements (TI), and Exterior Envelope/Re-clad projects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills for effective stakeholder and team management.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore).
- Strategic Mindset: A "self-starter" and "strong closer" with the ability to solve problems proactively before they impact the schedule.
- Hands-on Capability: Willingness to work "with bags on" (hands-on labor) when required by project needs.
