As a Desktop Support Technician III, you'll provide advanced technical support for our enterprise desktop environment, helping employees stay productive by resolving complex hardware, software, and system issues. This is an onsite position where you'll work closely with internal teams to deliver reliable, high-quality IT support.

Provide Level III technical support for company desktop systems and services.

Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and operating system issues.

Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade PCs, peripherals, and related equipment.

Deploy hardware and software while following established IT procedures.

Monitor desktop environments for security concerns and assist in maintaining company security standards.

Document issues, resolutions, and technical information within the IT ticketing system.

Assist with process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting end users across the organization.

4–6 years of desktop or PC support experience in an enterprise environment.

Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.

Experience supporting Microsoft technologies.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.

Working knowledge of desktop support tools, systems, and processes.

Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

One or more certifications such as HDI, ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ preferred.
