Overview
Our client, Steele Foundation LLC is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office and technical teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, staying organized, and learning new skills. Training will be provided in AutoCAD, construction drawings, and company software.
Responsibilities
- Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, meeting notes, and project documents.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical project files.
- Assist with document tracking, filing, and general office administration.
- Support engineering and construction staff with project documentation and coordination.
- Learn to prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
- Occasionally visit construction sites to document project progress, take photographs, and gather information.
Qualifications
Required
- College degree preferred.
- Detail orientation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, or similar software.
- Administrative, customer service, drafting, or construction-related experience.
- Interest in construction, engineering, or design.
- Likes working in an office but also comfortable with occasional field visits.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
