Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring RN and LVN nurses for pediatric private duty cases in Surrounding Houston areas (77021, 77018, 77031, 77040, 77041, 77060).
If you have trach experience and want to learn ventilator care, we will provide hands-on training and clinical support to help you grow your skills.

Location
Cypress (77433), Katy (77493), and Surrounding Houston areas.
Pay Rates
- LVN G-Tube: $23–$24/hr.
- LVN Trach: $25–$26/hr.
- LVN Vent (after training): $26–$28/hr.
- RN G-Tube: $31–$34/hr.
- RN Vent: $35–$38/hr.
Higher pay available for nurses experienced in ventilator care
Patient Population
- Pediatric patients (0–20)
- Trach, Vent, and G-Tube care
- Stable home cases
Available Shifts
- Day shifts
- Night shifts (high need)
- Full-time and part-time
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs
- Perform tracheostomy care
- Learn and support ventilator care (training provided)
- Administer G-Tube feedings
- Communicate with clinical team
- Complete electronic documentation
Requirements
- Active Texas RN or LVN license
- Trach experience REQUIRED
- Vent experience NOT required (training provided)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Reliable and patient-focused
