Contracts Administrator opportunity in La Palma, CA with a well-established construction company. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $28/hour and requires prior construction industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage construction contracts, change orders, bonds, preliminary notices, and lien releases.
- Maintain and update internal contract tracking systems.
- Upload large volumes of documentation to customer/vendor portals with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage certificates of insurance (COIs), OCIP programs, and insurance-related documentation.
- Assist with business license renewals and certifications across California, Arizona, and Nevada.
- Support subcontractor onboarding, including agreements, NDAs, and collection of required documentation.
Required Qualifications:
✅ Construction industry experience
✅ Experience with lien releases and preliminary notices
✅ Knowledge of construction contract review and contract administration
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- California prevailing wage experience
- Certified payroll reporting knowledge
- Subcontractor onboarding experience
