Pay Package
- Weekly Taxable: $1,260/week
- Weekly Stipend: $1,246/week
- Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2,506/week
Position Summary
The Licensed MSW will provide inpatient and outpatient social work services to patients at Tuba City Regional Healthcare Corporation and/or Sacred Peaks Healthcare Center. The role focuses on patient assessment, care planning, discharge planning, resource coordination, advocacy, and connecting patients with appropriate healthcare and community resources.
The Social Worker will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, care coordinators, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- Active, current, unrestricted LMSW or LCSW license in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical care setting experience.
- Experience with discharge planning, case management, or utilization review.
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems required.
- Strong communication, assessment, care coordination, and patient advocacy skills.
