Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Metropolitan Area. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, building top line sales while maximizing profits, developing and implementing business strategies that align with company goals, and ensuring our customer satisfaction. Our general manager will collaborate with our senior leadership team, communicate performance expectations with their shift managers, team members to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 Years Quick Service General Manager experience in a $2 million location
- McDonald's management experience is required
- Leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in managing teams
- Proficiency in budget management and financial planning
- Strategic thinking and business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
