Chef Capaldi is expanding into Portland, Maine, and we are looking for a motivated part-time Cook/Chef to join our growing culinary team starting mid-June.

Position Details
Location: Portland, ME
Start Date: Mid-June
Schedule: 2 Part-time position
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
Benefits: Available for qualified candidates
Available Shifts
We are hiring for two different shifts:
Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Requirements
- Previous kitchen, catering, or chef experience
- ServSafe Manager Certification required
- Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, and kitchen procedures
- Clean and organized work style
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
