Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Striping and Pavement Maintenance Foreman to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operations within the construction environment, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction site activities and demonstrate proficiency in various tasks, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of construction sites, ensuring all tools and materials are organized and accessible.
- Support construction management by collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Aid in stiping and pavement maintenance jobsite prep, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and work performed to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Skills
- Experience working on paving & striping jobsites with a solid understanding of construction management & safety principles.
- Familiarity with Striping techniques and safety standards.
- Knowledge of HeavyJob software for project documentation.
- Ability to perform quality control checks, identifying issues before they escalate.
- Understanding of contract management processes relevant to utility operations.
- Effective project scheduling skills, coordinating tasks across multiple teams for optimal workflow.
