Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Restoration Foreman to lead and manage asphalt maintenance and restoration projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to operate an asphalt paver. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead asphalt restoration crews on job sites

Operate asphalt paver and other heavy equipment as needed

Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members

Ensure quality control for sealcoating, paving, patching, crack filling, and striping

Enforce safety procedures and company policies

Communicate with management and clients regarding project progress

Train and mentor crew members
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt restoration or paving

Proven experience operating an asphalt paver

Strong leadership and crew management skills

Knowledge of asphalt materials, equipment, and safety standards

Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
