Koala Insulation of New Mexico is one of the state's largest and fastest-growing insulation contractors—and we’re bringing our momentum south! We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Operations Manager to spearhead and scale our new operations in Las Cruces and Southern New Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Field Operations: Direct day-to-day execution for both residential and commercial insulation jobs across the region.
- Manage & Mentor Crews: Train, motivate, and oversee field technicians to maintain peak productivity, high quality, and uncompromising safety standards.
- Optimize Logistics: Handle job scheduling, material staging, and equipment management to keep projects running on time and on budget.
- Maintain Quality Control: Conduct regular job-site inspections, ensure strict compliance with building codes, and solve field issues on the fly.
- Drive Business Efficiency: Monitor labor, material usage, and project margins to help maximize profitability and hit growth milestones.
- Build the Team: Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top local talent as our Southern New Mexico footprint expands.
- Champion the Customer Experience: Ensure clear communication and exceptional professionalism on every job site.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on insulation experience (Spray foam, blown-in fiberglass/cellulose, or batts).
- Proven track record in a supervisory, lead, or management role within construction or insulation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple crews and job sites at once.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable, clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Direct experience in production or operations management.
- Deep understanding of residential and commercial building science/construction practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong plus!
