POSITION DESCRIPTION
FASTSIGNS® of Lake Worth Beach, FL is seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Professional to join our team. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering customized sign and visual communication solutions to help our customers succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound sales calls and visits to identify new prospects and qualify leads.
- Meet with clients to understand their unique business needs and goals.
- Create customer sales targets in conjunction with sales team.
- Consult with clients to recommend the optimal sign, graphic, and visual communication products and services.
- Prepare and present custom proposals that align with the client's requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and accurately forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the FASTSIGNS production team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after the sale.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside/field sales experience, preferably in the sign, graphics, or visual communications industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities
- Familiarity with sign, graphic, and visual communication products and services
- Experience with the permitting process for signage in various jurisdictions is beneficial
- Proficient with CRM software and sales productivity tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in English both with spelling and language. Bilingual is an additional benefit.
