Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented High Volume Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience whether they’re catching a game or celebrating special occasions. Your expertise in beverage service, food handling, and efficient order processing will be key to our success.
Duties
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently during busy service periods
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and specialty beverages, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Use POS systems to process transactions swiftly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner to enhance their experience and promote sales opportunities
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
- Assist with food service duties during high-volume periods or special events like banquets or catering functions
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume restaurant or bar environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Demonstrated skills in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments efficiently
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and basic math for order accuracy
- Experience with catering events or banquet service is a plus
- Must possess strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
