Job Title: 3rd Shift Nurse (LPN/RN)
Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

We're currently seeking a dedicated and reliable 3rd Shift Nurse to join our overnight team and help ensure continuous quality care during our residents’ most vulnerable hours.
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents during overnight hours
- Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes or emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans
- Complete overnight documentation and charting accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate with families, doctors, and day shift staff to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise and support overnight CNAs and care staff
- Ensure a calm, safe, and supportive nighttime environment for residents
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) – current and in good standing
- Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities with confidence
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to quality resident care
