Mara’s Med Spa is looking for a confident, polished, and highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Uptown Dallas!
This is a highly sales-focused position with incredible earning potential for the right person. Starting pay is $18 per hour PLUS uncapped commission on sales, memberships, and retail products. There is no cap on commission, and highly successful sales consultants have the opportunity to earn up to six figures annually.
We are looking for a true salesperson — someone who is competitive, driven, motivated by goals, and knows how to confidently close while creating an exceptional patient experience.
As a Med Spa Sales Consultant, you will connect with prospective and existing patients, build relationships, educate patients on aesthetic treatments and packages, and convert leads and consultations into sales.
What You'll Do:
- Follow up with new and existing patient leads via phone and text
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations and appointments
- Conduct sales consultations and close treatment plans and packages
- Sell aesthetic treatment packages, memberships, and medical-grade skincare
- Educate patients on treatments, promotions, memberships, products, and financing options
- Consistently follow up with unconverted leads and open treatment plans
- Re-engage inactive and lapsed patients
- Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue goals
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients
- Maintain detailed notes and organized follow-up on all patient communication
- Partner closely with providers and the front desk team to maximize schedules and revenue
- Promote special events and drive event bookings and sales

- Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and wellness
- Able to create urgency and confidently ask for the sale without making patients feel pressured
Previous med spa, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, luxury sales, fitness membership, or high-ticket sales experience is strongly preferred.
