Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Estimator / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase by accurately estimating project costs and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects using software tools , Job Tread
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
- Conduct negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Provide support in project management by tracking progress and identifying potential cost overruns.
- Utilize construction site experience to assess risks and provide insights on cost control measures.

Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
- Familiarity with cost control methods and pricing strategies within the construction industry.
- Experience using estimating software such as Job Tread, Exatimate , Procore
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Previous experience on construction sites is preferred, providing practical insights into project execution.
