Business Analyst (Piscataway, NJ). Responsible to Monitor & analyze industry and competitor trends and recommend business strategies to the management team; conduct market assessment of existing services, analyze and prioritize market opportunities, design format for data gathering; maintain database of clients using CRM tool; develop relationships with customer' key executives, explore opportunities to cross / up sell, ensure timely resolution of key escalations / concerns from customer and put in place mitigation plan; forecasting and business planning, inputs for strategic planning, review of delivery plans and budgets; identify and assign appropriate roles to direct reports. Set reasonable, challenging and clear performance goals, monitor performance and provide appropriate feedback to direct reports. Travel to multiple client locations nationwide. Must have bachelor’s* in Business/ Project Management/ Related (*any suitable combination of education, work experience & training found to be equivalent is acceptable to the minimum requirements.) + 1 year exp. as Business Analyst / Business Development Manager/ Business Resource Manager/ Sr. Manager-Delivery/Related.
