Job Description

· We are hiring owner-operators to transport loads across the United States.
· We work with local, regional, and over-the-road (OTR) loads.
· Rented vehicles are accepted if properly registered and insured under your policy.

Basic Requirements

· Minimum 6 months OTR experience with cargo vans, sprinter vans, or box trucks
· Vehicle must be 2015 or newer and in good operating condition.
· Valid driver’s license and vehicle registration
· Proficiency with navigation devices
· Contractors and any designated drivers must be at least 21 years of age
· Must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing Persati Logistic LLC as Additional Insured and Certificate Holder

Compensation

· Box Trucks: $10,000 – $16,000
· Cargo & Sprinter Vans: $4,000 – $6,000+
· Compensation may vary depending on vehicle type, load type, distance, time of day, and availability.
· Higher earnings are typically achieved through consistent OTR loads and longer distances.

Contract Terms

· This is a non-exclusive independent contractor position. Contractors are not employees and may work with other companies; however, they must inform dispatch when they are unavailable or handling loads with other companies.
