Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms, ensuring precise stock control and reporting.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing training on safety protocols, equipment operation (including forklift certification), and process adherence.
- Coordinate logistics for warehouse distribution, including 3PL (third-party logistics) providers and e-commerce fulfillment channels.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance safety compliance in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Oversee shipping and receiving procedures, ensuring timely dispatches and accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular safety audits, enforce heavy lifting protocols, and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with strong team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory management, materials handling, logistics, and warehouse distribution processes.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and other relevant software tools like OSHAsafety standards.
- Ability to operate or oversee forklift operations; certification preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures within e-commerce or 3PL environments.

Pay: $44,952.88 - $60,000.00 per year
