<Job Overview>
We are seeking a dedicated PM Bistro Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food service environments. This role involves serving guests, assisting with food and beverage preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in a fine dining setting. Prior experience in the food industry, including restaurant, catering, or banquet service, is highly valued. The PM Bistro Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction.
<Responsibilities>
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service to ensure a memorable dining experience
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation and setup for service, including handling and portioning dishes as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Support catering events or banquet functions as required
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
<Skills>
- Proven experience in fine dining, restaurant service, catering, or banquet environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and dietary considerations
- Experience with food preparation and serving techniques within the food industry
- Barista or beverage service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Hospitality background with a focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
