The Clinical Supervisor is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: The overall purpose of the Clinical Supervisor directly oversees the work product of assigned clinicians pertaining to tasks related to their caseload assignment and provides clinical supervision and direction to workforce member as needed. The Clinical Supervisor uses his/her technical skills and knowledge to analyze and recommend strategies for work performance improvement and client services. A Clinical Supervisor also directly provides comprehensive assessments for adults with serious mental illness or children/adolescents with emotional disturbances (and their families) to improve quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function within the community.

Leadership
- Supervises the Outpatient Clinical Team
- Ensures compliance and quality.
- Assists with education and outreach efforts.
- Directly oversee the work product of assigned clinicians pertaining to tasks related to their caseload assignment and provides clinical supervision and direction to staff as needed.
- Use your technical skills and knowledge to analyze and recommend strategies for work performance improvement and client services.
Case Management
- Ensure consumer involvement in the Person Centered Planning Process (PCP).
- Facilitate the implementation of Individual Plan of Service.
- Perform comprehensive, ongoing psychosocial assessments.
- Participate in legal proceedings including petitioning and testifying in clinical emergencies.
- Meet with assigned persons-served face-to-face as deemed medically necessary.

We are Hopeful you have…
- Master’s Degree preferred from an accredited university or institution of higher learning in Social Work.
- Licensed Master Social Worker LLMSW or LMSW preferred
- Bachelor Degree required (LBSW) with previous mental health case manager experience. Other fully licensed or certified Bachelor Degree education can be considered.
- Prior Adult case management experience in a mental health or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License.
