Schrock Innovation is hiring a front desk Administrative Assistant at our Omaha Service Center! This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing a friendly and welcoming customer experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for professional, helpful, and service-driven interactions.
Your Impact:

Customer experience: Greet every customer with a friendly demeanor, identifying their needs and providing quick resolutions

Guidance & sales: Guide customers through pricing and warranties while promoting services and upgrades that ensure their devices stay healthy long-term

Workspace Presentation: Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and welcoming office environment through hands-on cleaning tasks such as dusting, restroom upkeep, sweeping, and mopping

Organization: Accurately document and update work orders

Billing: Generate invoices and process payments

Communication: Answer incoming calls and route appropriately

Operational support: Support the Omaha Service Center operations with assigned projects

Tech-forward mindset: Use and learn emerging technologies such as AI tools, to support internal workflows and enhance client interactions

Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm

2+ years customer service experience
