Huntsville Clean Freaks is looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to help us provide high-quality residential cleaning services throughout Huntsville and nearby communities.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Cleaners must be professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently in customers’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services according to company and customer expectations
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and complete other routine cleaning tasks
- Follow cleaning checklists and customer instructions
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while inside customers’ homes
- Communicate promptly regarding scheduling, delays, or customer concerns
- Report any damage, safety concerns, or service issues immediately
Requirements
- Some professional cleaning experience is required
- Must carry active general liability insurance
- Must provide proof of insurance before accepting cleaning assignments
- Must operate as an independent contractor and receive a Form 1099
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a working phone and reliable communication
- Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work independently and follow written cleaning instructions
- Must present a professional appearance and provide courteous customer service
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process. Pay structure will be based on the cleaning assignment, job size, and services required.
Schedule
Cleaning assignments will be offered based on customer demand and contractor availability. This opportunity may be a good fit for cleaners seeking flexible full-time or additional work.
