Maverick Painting is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to master door-to-door sales alongside a fun, energetic, and supportive team.
No sales experience required. We provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Canvass neighborhoods by going door-to-door to generate new business using our proprietary scripts and sales process, representing Maverick with professionalism and enthusiasm.
WHAT YOU'RE SELLING:
* Window Cleaning
* Pressure Washing
* House Painting
* Other residential home services
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Must be 18 years or older.
* Reliable transportation.
* Able to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
* 50 daily conversations with homeowners.
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Coachable and eager to learn.
* Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
* Competitive and goal-oriented.
* Dependable and punctual.
* Resiliency (you don’t let rejection stop you).
* Ability to walk outdoors for several hours each day.
COMPENSATION:
* 1099 Independent Contractor
* Commission-only with uncapped earning potential.
* High performers commonly earn $250+ per day within their first few weeks ($65-90k/year), with top earners making substantially more.
* Paid every Friday.
