What You'll Do
- Lead safe, engaging, and results-driven Pilates classes
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through expert instruction and hospitality
- Provide modifications and progressions for various fitness levels
- Build authentic relationships with members
- Create an inclusive, welcoming, and motivating environment
- Participate in studio events, presale activities, and community outreach
- Attend required trainings, workshops, and team meetings
- Support member retention through excellent coaching and connection
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for educators who are:
- Passionate about movement and helping others succeed
- Positive, energetic, and professional
- Coachable and committed to ongoing learning
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable leading group fitness classes
- Excited to help build a brand-new studio community
Preferred Qualifications
- Pilates certification (Comprehensive, Reformer, Club Pilates, Balanced Body, Stott, etc.)
- OR experience teaching fitness, yoga, barre, dance, strength training, or other movement-based disciplines
- Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience teaching group fitness classes preferred
Compensation
Our educators enjoy a competitive performance-based compensation model.
Typical compensation includes:
- Guaranteed minimum pay per class
- Increased compensation as class attendance grows

Founding Educator Training Sponsorship
Qualified Founding Educators may receive:
