One of the things that makes IMAGE different is our hybrid learning model. Students complete much of their bookwork and theory online, allowing our instructors to spend more time doing what they love most—providing hands-on instruction, mentoring students, and helping them build confidence through practical training.
Responsibilities
- Teach the Florida Nail Specialist curriculum in both English and Spanish.
- Provide classroom and hands-on instruction in nail services.
- Demonstrate proper techniques, sanitation, infection control, and professional standards.
- Supervise students during practical training and student clinic.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and engaging learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with Florida licensing requirements and school policies.
- Inspire, mentor, and prepare students for successful careers in the beauty industry.
Qualifications
- Current Florida Nail Specialist, Full Specialist or Cosmetology License required.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience performing nail services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and organized.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future beauty professionals.
Teaching experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate with strong industry experience and a genuine desire to educate and inspire others.
