We are hiring: Senior Field Service Engineer (SPM & OSAT Equipment)

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer who can install and support Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and semiconductor equipment at customer sites. The right person should enjoy technical work, problem-solving, and travelling.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and set up machines at customer locations
* Test, align, and make sure machines are working smoothly
* Fix mechanical, electrical, or software issues
* Train customer staff on how to use and maintain the machines
* Prepare service reports and keep records
* Follow cleanroom and safety rules
* Provide remote support and machine upgrades when needed
What We Want
* 5+ years of experience in field service/automation/SPM/semiconductor machines
* Good knowledge of OSAT processes (testing, packaging, wafer handling)
* Experience with robotics, pneumatics, servo systems, and vision systems
* Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and PLC/HMI
* Good communication and customer-handling skills
* Willing to travel within the country and abroad
Education
* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
* Training in semiconductor or automation equipment (bonus)
Nice to Have
* Experience with robotics or vision systems
* Experience with Industry 4.0
* Worked with semiconductor packaging lines
