Office located in Frederick MD. Servicing properties in MD, DC, & VA
- Position is over night from approximately 8:00 P.M- 6:00 A.M
- Schedule most likely to include weekend nights.
- Clean and maintain shopping centers and other commercial properties (Sweeper . Use handheld blower and dustpan/broom to clean sidewalks, curb lines, loading dock, dumpster areas. Includes use of Sweeper Truck and Pickup trucks.
- Empty trash cans and replace them with new plastic bags (must be able to lift 50 lb. minimum).
- Ability to use technology to check in and out of sites
- Work outside year-round in all types of weather.
Requirements are successful completion of a per-employment background: Included but not limited to substance screening, employment verification, criminal search and Motor Vehicle Record
