Position Summary
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to contact inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
We provide the leads.
Your job is to make contact, build rapport, overcome objections, and get qualified prospects on our sales team's calendar.
This role is critical to the continued growth of the company and directly impacts revenue generation.
Compensation
Base Salary: $45,000 per year
Performance Bonus & Commission: Additional $15,000 to $20,000+ annually
On Target Earnings: $60,000 to $65,000+

Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads by phone, text, and email
- Qualify prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for residential and commercial sales representatives
- Follow up with unsold opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Respond quickly to incoming inquiries
- Work closely with the sales and leadership teams
- Help improve lead conversion processes
- Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times
Performance Expectations

Schedule & Availability
This position requires flexibility.
While normal business hours will be worked during the week, candidates must be willing to answer and respond to incoming leads during evenings and weekends when necessary.
Many of our highest value opportunities come in outside traditional business hours. Fast response times are critical to our success.
