We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Front Office to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional with a passion for excellence in guest service and a proven track record of leadership in a front office setting.
Job Responsibilities:

Front Office Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the front office team, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Guest Service Excellence: Maintain and enhance the hotel's reputation for exceptional guest service, handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise front office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and room assignments.
- Revenue Maximization: Work closely with the Director of Front Office to maximize room revenue through effective yield management and upselling strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all front office procedures and protocols are followed to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the departmental budget, controlling expenses while maintaining service quality.
- Guest Feedback: Monitor and respond to guest feedback, using it as a tool for continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in front office management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
