Job Description
We are looking for an office administrator to aid the office staff with daily office needs, such as answering phones, typing letters, greeting customers and scanning and organizing documents.
Job Type: Full Time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: Based on Experience, $18-$23 an hour.
Expectations:
· Greet and interface with Clients to answer questions and direct them to the proper office staff member
· Answer and operate multiline phone systems
· Read/draft emails and coordinate with office staff for messages
· Type and proofread documents for office staff
· Maintain and stock office supplies
· Maintain Office Calendar
· Organize and maintain office paper files and digital records
· Deliver and pick up plans/permits for construction documents at building departments located in Kern County
· Compile sets of construction documents (with office staff aid) for building department submittal
· Digital submittal of construction documents (with office staff aid) to building department
Skills Required:
· Reliable and dependable attendance
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Strong organizational and data entry skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to proofread documents.
· Ability to multi-task
· California Driver's License Required
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
