Duties
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate social service program staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
- Develop, implement, and manage community-based programs tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities and underserved populations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and trust.
- Oversee program operations including budgeting, compliance with regulations, documentation, and reporting to ensure efficiency and accountability.
- Provide direct support in client communication, behavioral health interventions, and case management as needed.
- Supervise staff in social services activities such as client assessments, service planning, and behavioral health support.
- Lead technical projects related to program development and expansion while ensuring adherence to organizational goals and standards.
Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general within social services or behavioral health settings.
- Demonstrated leadership in social services administration with supervisory experience in managing teams of social service professionals.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, including underserved communities.
- Extensive administrative experience including budgeting, program management, compliance oversight, and writing detailed reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse populations effectively.
- Experience working with social service program staff supervision, team management, and leadership in program development initiatives.

Pay: $52,810.48 - $63,599.71 per year
