Job Summary
I am seeking a highly meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented undergraduate student or high school student to assist with lab operations and product formulation. This role focuses on the precise handling, measuring, and inventory management of cosmeceutical and nutraceutical ingredients. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on, practical formulation lab experience while accommodating your class schedule.Key Responsibilities
- Precision Weighing: Accurately measure and weigh raw powders, active ingredients, and botanical extracts using analytical balances.
- Material Handling: Carefully transfer raw materials into glass bottles and containers with zero spillages or contamination.
- Labeling & Documentation: Create and apply exact labels to all bottles, tracking batch numbers, expiration dates, and chemical weights.
- Product Formulation: Assist in compounding, mixing, and preparing custom cosmeceutical (skincare) and nutraceutical formulations under specific protocols.
- Housekeeping/ Organization: Maintain a clean, sterile (if applicable), and highly organized environment.
- Inventory Tracking: Keeping an organized alphabetical list of raw materials, Monitor stock levels of raw materials, glass packaging, and lab supplies, alerting management when items run low.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree: Atleast high school, prefer undergraduate and work experience with reference.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Absolute precision in following multi-step instructions and recording numerical measurements.
- Organized Mindset: A natural habit of keeping workspaces immaculate and organized.
- Physical Requirements: Strong manual dexterity for handling delicate glassware and measuring fine powders.
