Position Summary
The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of After School Youth Career Development Program. This position provides leadership, supervision, and guidance to staff and youth participants while ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. The Program Supervisor plans and implements educational, career readiness and enrichment activities that promote positive youth development and workforce preparedness.
Duties
- Supervise the daily operations of the after-school program and ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to program staff, interns and volunteers.
- Develop and coordinate engaging educational, career readiness, life skills, and recreational activities.
- Monitor participate attendance.
- Maintain accurate records, attendance logs, incident reports, and program documentation
- Assist staff with training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
