Job Description
Purpose of Position:
The Designated Managing Broker / Growth Leader is responsible for driving office growth, agent productivity, and overall office profitability. This role focuses on agent attraction, retention, coaching, operational excellence, and creating a high-performance culture that elevates agent success and company revenue.
This role is designed for a results-driven leader who thrives in a performance-based environment and is motivated by building and scaling high-performing teams. This role plays a key part in driving office growth, strengthening market presence, and contributing to the company’s broader expansion strategy.
This is an on-site leadership role, with a consistent presence required Monday–Friday at the assigned offices. The two offices that require presence for this role are listed below-
South Bend- 2410 Edison Rd, Suite 100, South Bend, IN 46615
Elkhart- 1001 Parkway Ave, Suite 17, Elkhart, IN 46516

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations to maximize company transaction margins, productivity, and agent success.
- Execute strategic initiatives that improve office profitability and drive operational efficiency.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and growth-oriented office culture.
Agent Attraction & Recruiting
- Develop and execute an agent attraction strategy targeting both experienced and new agents.
- Conduct prospecting, appointments, follow-up, and value-based presentations.
- Maintain visibility and strong relationships within the local real estate community.
- Track recruiting pipeline performance through company systems.
Agent Development & Retention
- Coach and motivate agents through structured development and accountability sessions.
- Support agents in achieving productivity goals through tools, training, and systems.
- Promote company services and resources to strengthen the client experience.
Business Development & Profitability
- Analyze office profitability and production trends to increase per-agent productivity.
- Monitor financial performance and evaluate progress against established financial benchmarks.
- Partner with senior leadership to implement revenue-driving initiatives.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ensure agent compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and complete operational reporting.
- Participate in leadership meetings, sales events, and company events.

- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Leadership or coaching experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Light work: able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. The position requires frequent standing, walking, and occasional sitting.
