The Graham Injury Firm, a dynamic, growing plaintiff personal injury firm located in Broward County, Florida is seeking a rising superstar with at least 1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation.
Job Responsibilities
- Request medical records, bills, and liens.
- Assist in investigation, obtaining police reports, witness statements, videos, and other evidence.
- Timely and efficiently follow up on receipt and organization of medical records, medical bills, and other records.
- Accurately enter information and documentation into the firm’s case management software (Filevine).
- Communicate compassionately and timely with clients.
- Other tasks to assist the Paralegal.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a plaintiff personal injury legal assistant or pre-suit paralegal.
- Case management software experience required, FileVine a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Bilingual (Eng/Span) a plus, but not required.
