Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Upsell additional services to maximize customer value and company sales
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone, online inquiries or in person
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics sectors
- Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations
- Experience in product demos and upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
