Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and passionate KPOP Teacher to inspire students through the vibrant world of Korean pop music and dance. Duties
- Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate KPOP choreography, vocal training, and performance skills tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and innovative learning technology to deliver interactive lessons and track student progress
- Create engaging lesson plans that integrate creative writing, literacy education, and physical movement to enhance student participation
- Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring safety, discipline, and positive behavior management strategies are in place
- Provide individualized support through tutoring sessions or extra practice to help students improve their dance or singing techniques
- Incorporate assessments aligned with standardized testing standards when applicable to measure student growth and achievement
- Collaborate with other educators on curriculum development, educational administration tasks, and event planning for performances or showcases
Skills
- Strong background in KPOP dance, singing, or performance arts with classroom experience in teaching similar subjects
- Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and utilizing LMS platforms for online or hybrid instruction
- Excellent communication skills to engage students of diverse backgrounds and age groups effectively
- Experience working with children, including those with autism or special education needs, demonstrating patience and adaptability
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early childhood education best practices
- Ability to manage classrooms confidently while fostering creativity and enthusiasm among students
- Familiarity with teaching physical education or integrating movement into lessons for holistic learning experiences
- Skills in proofreading and creative writing to develop compelling instructional materials or performance scripts
