As an Administrative Assistant II, you will provide advanced administrative and operational support to leadership and office teams. You will play a key role in coordinating schedules, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting staff onboarding, and managing complex administrative processes. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving, you will help ensure leadership and program operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Support Leadership Operations – Provide high-level administrative support to directors and senior staff, including scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
Manage Critical Documentation – Maintain electronic records, reports, and compliance documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate Projects & Reporting – Assist with compiling reports, tracking projects, and supporting licensing, contracts, and renewal processes.
Strengthen Office Systems – Help organize workflows, improve administrative processes, and support new office setups as needed.
Support Staff & Onboarding – Assist with pre-hire documentation, staff compliance tracking, and onboarding coordination.
Lead & Mentor – Provide guidance and support to Administrative Assistant I staff, serving as a resource for administrative best practices.
Education: High school diploma or GED; additional administrative or business training preferred
Minimum of two years of administrative or office support experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
Experience supporting leadership or multi-office operations
Experience with reporting, compliance tracking, or licensing documentation
Ability to train or mentor administrative staff
Experience working in human services, healthcare, or nonprofit environments
