Position Overview
We are looking for a Front Desk / Showroom Coordinator to become the face of our showroom and the first point of contact for clients, designers, and visitors.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong personality, excellent communication skills, professional presence, and a passion for customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, stylish, and comfortable working in a luxury design environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and positive energy
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and showroom inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales and design team
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and assist with scheduling showroom appointments
- Maintain the showroom organized, clean, and presentation-ready at all times
- Assist with administrative and office coordination tasks
- Prepare client folders, samples, and presentation materials
- Coordinate deliveries, packages, and vendor communications
- Help create a warm and elevated client experience during showroom visits
- Maintain and update CRM/client information systems
- Support marketing and social media coordination when needed
- Assist during showroom events and client presentations

- Monday to Friday
