Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Clinical Workforce Management Leader to oversee the planning, coordination, and optimization of clinical staffing across our healthcare facilities. Duties

- Collaborate with medical management teams to forecast staffing requirements based on patient volume trends and service demands.
- Monitor workforce performance metrics, analyze data to identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and quality of care.
- Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards related to staffing, documentation, and workforce safety.
- Facilitate communication between clinical staff, management, and external partners to promote transparency and teamwork.
- Drive initiatives for staff development, retention, and engagement by supporting training programs and leadership opportunities.
- Evaluate staff performance, conduct periodic reviews, and handing scheduling conflicts or performance feedback.
Skills
- Experience in skilled nursing facility.
- Strong knowledge of medical management principles and practices within a hospital or healthcare setting.
