We have gained a respected position with suppliers and have access to top of the line home improvement products for roof replacement, energy assist roofing, vinyl windows and Energy efficient exterior coating products.

We have an exciting opportunity for a solid six figure plus income, join a winning team and become part of this dynamic growth industry.
We are looking for talented individuals who enjoy the art of customer interaction. This is a consultative sale, no pressure. You will build rapport and educate our customers on options available to them and close the sale.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: A training schedule that includes in the field observing installations and sales and in-class training, during which you learn step by step how to energy assist roofing products. Then the sales management and training department continue to invest in you, coaching, building confidence, ultimately earning you six-figures.
COMPENSATION: Commission based compensation with pay during training and a realistic earning potential of $100,000 + annually within your first year.
LEAD GENERATION: Appointments are 100% generated in house and you will receive qualified, pre-set appointments. We have an incredible marketing engine that works to bring in the appointments.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with customer facing interactions. Ability to work evenings and some weekends. Ability to work independently. Travel is limited to 60 to 90 minutes from your location. Sales experience is helpful.
