Job Overview
Long established custom cabinetry and millwork shop located near Long Beach Island looking for an experienced cabinet maker or cabinet installer.
Duties
- Read and interpret cabinetry plans and drawings to accurately assemble and install cabinets and furniture
- Measure spaces precisely, cut materials using hand tools and power tools, and fabricate components to specifications.
- Install cabinetry, trim and other millwork with careful attention to alignment and finish quality.
Skills
- Extensive experience in woodworking and finish carpentry
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, saws, sanders) with a focus on safety.
- Capable of physically demanding tasks typical of construction site environments as it relates to cabinetry and millwork.
- Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical instructions and collaborating effectively with team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
