PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Professionally work with customers during their service visit.
Communicate Effectively: Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers.
Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with the fellow lanes crew team, advisors, and management.
Pay Attention to Details: Assist in collecting complete and accurate customer, vehicle, and scheduling information.
Complete work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that all service and paperwork are completed quickly and efficiently in order to best serve our customers.

This is a full-time position with pay ranging from $16-$20 per Hour, depending upon the individual’s performance. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and pass a criminal background check.
